Whether you found me through the Sexton Media Group podcast, a friend, or a Google search, I’m glad you’re here. I built Action Academy around one belief: In order to achieve "The American Dream" you need to become an OWNER, not an "earner".

I didn’t start with millions in the bank. I started with a corporate pay check, a Fortune 500 sales ranking of #8 out of 5,079 reps, and a plan. I was making $252k / year in my job and every year I'd pocket as much as I could and buy a rental property. Over. And over again.

....but that was the slow path. Only a few hundred dollars of "cash flow" per month per property. I needed $20,000+ a month, not $200.

That's when I sold my rentals and started buying small businesses. Every $100k deployed could give me back $300k+ in SDE (profit). Quickly I built 4 businesses and bought 4 businesses (under contract on #5 now) and left corporate America in 2022.

Since then, I have traveled to over 41 countries, proposed to the love of my life, and truly built a life on my terms and in my own design.

This strategy isn't reserved for "the elite" - you can do this too!
